Buenos Aires, June 1st. 2010.- Today Cardón opened its second store on Avenida Alvear. The 350 square meter floor, offers Cardón’s complete line which includes men, women and children’s garments plus their very exclusive Cardón Alvear line., consisting of dress shirts in high quality cotton, sports jackets and trousers in super 120 wool, natural silk ties and accessories such as cuff links in silver or asta.

The store, located on Avenida Alvear 1750, is decorated according to the brand’s new style and has four display Windows. The interior décor consists of leather armchairs and traditional forged iron chandeliers combined with crude leather, it has special sectors for men, women and children, designed expressly to provide clients with the best service. A novelty introduced is the furniture line distinctly chosen to accommodate the Cardón Alvear collection.

Cardón’s new hallmark store, occupies a building that is emblematic in the city, built in 1924 by the renowned architect Alejandro Bustillo, its front is approximately 15 meters wide in a historically protected area. Furthermore, it offers the possibility of having coffee with regional sweets at its mini-bar, an ideal place for the enjoyment of family and friends.



Cardón thereby consolidates its presence in this legendary avenue, home to some of the most luxurious palaces of Buenos Aires and some of the most important brands in fashion, jewelry and hotels in the world, it also offers a magnificent cultural agenda, with its art galleries, private collections and museums.
