Together with Churba Friedman Emprendimientos the first building that combines the warmth of the inland and the world of Buenos Aires was developed. Situated near La Rural Fair Center, in Palermo, a neighbourhood in the city of Buenos Aires, it is a tower with national identity and it was developed under strict quality standards.
