From its origins in 1988, Cardon set out to rescue the tradition of Argentine country clothing and accessories in the conviction that the identity of a people comes before fashion. Its strong market penetration and its incessant growth through the franchises program adopted in 1997 allow it to have more than 110 stores across the entire territory of Argentina, placing Cardon as the First Argentine Traditional Label. It manufactures and sells textile clothing, leather clothing, leather goods, national silverwork, shoes and accesories for men, women, babies and children.
 
Cardon only markets its products in exclusive stores through the Franchises program. The company trusts this market plan and, besides, it actively participates in the Asociación Argentina de Franchising (AAF - Argentine Franchising Association), whose mission is to promote, defend, professionalize, represent, and research the franchises system, creating an enriching exchange field among its partners, the institution and the market, following ethical and socially responsible principles.
