1:: LEGAL WARNING This legal warning (hereafter, the "Legal Warning") regulates the use of the service provided by the website "www.cardon.com.ar" (hereafter, the "Site"), which COSAS NUESTRAS S.A. (hereafter, "CARDON"), located in Castro Barros 1149, Martínez, Province of Buenos Aires, provides for its users (hereafter, the "User"), and it entails the full acceptance, without any reservations, of every regulation included in this Legal Warning in the version published by CARDON at the precise moment the User accesses the Site. Therefore, the User shall read this Legal Warning carefully every time he/she decides to access the Site, as the Site can undergo changes.
 
2:: CONTENT Through the Site, CARDON provides the Users with access to the services (hereafter, the "Services") and the contents (hereafter, the "Contents") offered by CARDON. The User commits himself/herself to use the Site in accordance with law, moral values, generally accepted customs and public order. For this purpose, the User shall refrain from using the Content for ends which are illicit or forbidden by the current legislation, detrimental to third parties' rights and interests or which may damage, make useless, overload, deteriorate or prevent in any way the normal use of the Site, the computer hardwares or the documents, files and any type of content stored in any computer belonging to CARDON, other Users or any Internet user. The Content, made up of, but not limited to, the brands, the trade names, the logos or distinctive signs, the texts, the photographs, the graphics, the images, the icons, the technology, software, links and any other audiovisual or sonorous contents, as well as its graphic design and typography, cannot be: reproduced, copied, distributed, provided to or publicly communicated, transformed or modified in any other way, unless authorized by CARDON, holder of all property rights of every component of the Content, and its copyright and any other data identifying the reservation of rights of CARDON or of any other technical means established for its recognition cannot be suppressed, manipulated or altered in any way.
 
3:: USERS In general, the provision of services does not imply the previous subscription or register on the part of the Users. All the information given by the User through the Services shall be truthful. For that purpose, the User shall guarantee the authenticity of all data he/she transmits as a consequence of the completion of the forms which may be at his/her disposal at the Site. Likewise, it is the responsibility of the User to permanently keep all the information provided to CARDON updated, so that it will always match the real situation of the User. In any case, only the User will be held responsible for the false or inaccurate statements he/she makes and for the damage caused to CARDON or to third parties as a result of the information he/she provides.
 
4:: PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION Through this warning, CARDON informs the Users of the Site about its policy on personal data protection (hereafter, the "Personal Data") for the Users to freely and voluntarily determine whether they want to provide CARDON with the Personal Data which may be required or may be obtained from the Users on the occasion of their membership application or subscription to some services CARDON may offer at the Site or through the Site. The User guarantees that the Personal Data provided to CARDON is truthful and he/she is responsible for communicating any changes the data may undergo to CARDON. The purpose of the automated collection and treatment of Personal Data also includes the sending of survey forms, which the User is not obliged to answer. CARDON has achieved the legally required security levels for the protection of Personal Data; nevertheless, the User shall be aware that Internet security measures are not inviolable. CARDON shall be able to transfer the Personal Data to corporations related to CARDON, with the same purpose as the one stated in the case of the collection of Personal Data on the part of CARDON as regards its products and Services.
 
5:: EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY CARDON shall not guarantee the availability and continuity of the Site. Particularly, but not exclusively, CARDON shall not guarantee that the Users can in fact use the Site, access the different web pages or Internet sites belonging to and/or administered by third parties (hereafter, "Linked Sites") which make up the Site, or access the web pages the Site may be linked to. CARDON shall not control or guarantee the absence of virus or other elements of the Contents that can alter the Users' computer. The Site provides the Users with technical linking devices (such as "links", "banners", "pop-Ups", buttons, etc.), directories and search tools that allow Users to access Linked Sites; however, CARDON shall not be responsible for the operation of said Linked Sites and is not able to control their contents, their illegality or corruption of moral values, customs or simply their inappropriateness.
 
6:: OTHER All notifications and communications (hereafter, the "Notifications") from the User to CARDON shall be considered effective, for all purposes, when addressed to the User Service by e-mail and to the following e-mail addresses: info@cardon.com.ar or clientes@cardon.com.ar. Likewise, the Notifications from CARDON to the User shall be considered effective, for all purposes, when addressed to the e-mail address from which the User communication has been received. The duration of the service provided by the Site is, in principle, indefinite. Nevertheless, CARDON shall be able to terminate or suspend the Site and/or any of the services at any time. When this is reasonably possible, CARDON shall warn about the termination or suspension of the service provided by the Site and of any other Services. All points contained in this Legal Warning shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. CARDON and the User, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts within the City of Buenos Aires.
